Prayer Warriors

CWJC is a Christian organization. We know the great value of prayer, and we rely on Prayer Warriors to support our programs, and the women we serve.


CWJC has many opportunities for volunteers with a wide range of gifts. Gain the satisfaction of helping women in need to gain independence, while choosing an opportunity that suits your schedule.


We offer a 10 week classroom session in life and job skills.



CWJC is a Christian program designed to equip women for life. We serve women in need who  do not have the skills required to improve their employment situations.

Christian Women’s Job Corps® of NW Arkansas is an outreach ministry which equips and encourages women in need to develop life and job skills. While there are many organizations that offer social services, CWJC offers a transformative experience, combining spiritual support with practical skill building.
